Booking a Shoot at a Convention:
I always make an image post around 1-2 months before the convention with schedule and pricing. To book please comment on this post. Required information when you book: Day/Time chosen Amount of cosplayers Series/Characters Cosplay and/or real names (this is for crediting purposes) Any additional information (such as bulky costume, limited vision...) Chosen way to pay for shoot --All of this is listed on the shoot form with all options-- Before the Shoot:
During the 1-2 weeks before the convention for your shoot, you will receive a DM through Facebook re-confirming your photoshoot day, time, and price. A meetup location can be chosen and a location for the shoot itself can be arranged. Depending on the convention a map of locations to shoot in can be available. My cell phone number will be provided in case you need to call or text me at all before the shoot at the convention. With my new phone and data plan, I will also be available via Facebook Messenger if that's easier for you. During the Shoot:
You may be asked to take some awkward poses for photos or do something unusual. I may also take some odd positions to make sure I get a good angle. If I'm unfamiliar with the series or character, I may ask questions to learn more to gain further ideas. Receiving Your Photos:
Editing time can take anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks depending on the amount of photos taken during the photoshoot and the amount of editing. A highlight album will be posted on Facebook for sharing around. Photos will also be posted onto Flickr in their own albums for downloading in high res at any size you want. After Receiving:
You may use the photos to sell for prints, please be aware that I do not require any percentage or fee for you to sell prints. All I ask is that I'm credited. Editing on top of my editing is not permitted. Please credit me for my work. Give credit where credit is due. Photographers credit their models, models should credit their photographers. You must credit me on all social media platforms. My social media links appear in the footer on every page. Please link appropriately. |
